1. The Design
Federal Tires began all the way back in 1954. Federal Tire is an award-winning tire company for its innovative tire designs across a variety of applications. Unlike most mud tires, the Federal Couragia MT tire has very large tread blocks. This helps remove any rocks or other debris that might get stuck in the tread while off-roading.
The Federal Couragia MT also does a great job adapting to off-road journies because it's designed with void treads that are placed between the tread blocks which give the tire flexibility to adjust to the terrain.
These larger tread gaps also help remove excess dirt and mud.

The inner tread blocks have a few sharp, cutting design which allows the Federal Couragia MT to dig into rocks when climbing or dirt/snow when you need the traction and to help you maintain momentum.
The outer tread blocks are claw-shaped to make sure that they can continuously grab the terrain below them.

The off-road capabilities of the Couragia MT tire are excellent and can handle all your off-road journies! These tires allow you to off-road with confidence in a wide variety of situations from rock crawling to mud bogging.
One thing we do want to mention is just how much space there is between the tread blocks. While this is great for terrain traction and adaptability, it also makes the tire a bit louder than an average mud terrain tire.
With this being said, if you're planning on driving down the highway with this tire, be prepared to have a bit of road noise during your journey.
