Shipping
We ship to the Lower 48 states for the advertised price. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing, packaging, & shipping. We can ship world-wide for an additional charge. Contact Us for international shipping rates. The buyer is responsible for all fees and paperwork above and beyond standard freight charges.
Delivery Inspection (Damage)
- For freight delivery, be sure to inspect every piece BEFORE signing any documents. If damaged, please make sure to make full notes on delivery paperwork before signing.
- UPS/FedEx ground shipments do not require a signature. Inspect the products as quickly as possible and follow up with us if necessary
- Notify us within 5 business days of receiving the order if any damage is found after delivery.
Returns
All returns must be approved in advance and requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 10 days of authorization and returned in new, unused condition with all original accessories. Restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply depending on the product, manufacturer, and circumstances. However, we carefully review each situation and take responsibility when an issue results from our error or recommendation. For orders outside of the US lower 48, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs for repacking, pickup, and transportation of the return.
Warranty
All wheels and tires carry a full manufacturer's warranty. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee (at the manufacturer's discretion) if returning without a warranty claim or a defect/quality issue. If youd like to start a warranty claim, visit our Warranty Center.
