Purchased a set of Ferrada wheels. After the 2nd week of installation I noticed 1 wheel the finish was peeling. Ferradas and Fitments Industry response was send the wheel back with tire dismounted to fix! I'm without a wheel and had to purchase another costly wheel and tire replacement so I could drive the vehicle. This is by far the worst customer service from a company I have ever dealt with. How can you put that on the buyer? How can you expect that from someone?? I am very dissatisfied with how this was handled. Fitment industries is willing to take your money and not back you up on warranty issue of one of there vendors. Time and more money spent was the end result. This is a terrible way to do business! I will never recommend Ferrada!

Ordered a set of Ferrada wheels from Fitment industries. After the 2nd week of the wheels being on the car I noticed one of the wheels black finish was peeling off. Ferradas answer to a warranty issue was send us the wheel back to fix. Take off the wheel have the tire dismounted and send back! Unreal"¦. They did not provide a box neither for shipping it back. Purchased a replacement so I could use the car. This is the most assanine

We ship to the Lower 48 states for the advertised price. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing, packaging, & shipping. We can ship world-wide for an additional charge. Delivery Inspection (Damage)

  1. For freight delivery, be sure to inspect every piece BEFORE signing any documents. If damaged, please make sure to make full notes on delivery paperwork before signing.

  2. UPS/FedEx ground shipments do not require a signature. Inspect the products as quickly as possible and follow up with us if necessary

  3. Notify us within 5 business days of receiving the order if any damage is found after delivery.

Returns
All returns must be approved in advance and requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 10 days of authorization and returned in new, unused condition with all original accessories. Restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply depending on the product, manufacturer, and circumstances. However, we carefully review each situation and take responsibility when an issue results from our error or recommendation. We evaluate every return on a case by case basis, and our team is committed to working with you to reach a fair and thoughtful resolution.
