Another great thing about the Radar Renegade, being that it is a rugged-terrain tire, is that it does give you awesome versatility for on road driving. This is because the center tread design on it has closely-grouped together tread patterns, or center lugs, that can help reduce road noise - plus, it also helps with increasing traction when you're cornering, braking, or accelerating, and it just gives you a nice, comfortable ride. That'll help with the overall structural rigidity of the tire, especially when you're in those extreme pressure situations, whether from the rocks when you're aired down, or in an emergency maneuvering situation. Sidewall Designs of the Radar Renegade R/T Another neat factor with these Radar Renegades is that you do have the option between two different sidewall designs. One of these is a lot more aggressive if you're doing more off-roading, and this aggressive sidewall really helps when going through the mud or getting out of ruts if it's a hunting vehicle, or when you're in situations when you're aired down through rocks. The other sidewall has more of a cosmetic look to it which isn't as aggressive, and it also has a bunch of different demon designs - it's nice having the option if you want the aggressive side on the outside, or the cosmetic side towards the outside. Of course, it doesn't matter which side you choose facing out - going up into the shoulder plugs you will still have these variable, scallop shaped, scoop style shoulder lugs, meaning that they're constantly grabbing the mud, tossing it out, and grabbing the mud or terrain whenever it comes back around. This helps the tire continuously gain traction, and it also gives the sidewall a bit more flexibility at low pressures while still creating a large contact patch.
