The Highlander has a pretty basic wheel profile as far as stock options are concerned. Off the lot, you can expect 8-wide wheels in diameters between 18 and 20 inches tall, compatible with a 5x114.3mm bolt pattern that's customary on most other vehicles in the Toyota lineup.
Tires are a similar story, as the standard sizes you'll get on the newest (2024) Highlander model are 235/65 (matched with 18-inch wheels) and 235/55 (with 20-inch wheels).
